Watch Collecting Buyer Protection means that you have 30 days after the end of the Live Auction or an agreed sale of the Auction Lot via Buy Now or Make an Offer, to report any problems to our support team.
We contact the seller and assess all the evidence.
We will support you in obtaining a full refund from the seller.
If no solution can be found, Watch Collecting will step in and help. You will send the watch to us at our expense.
Upon our verification of the watch as counterfeit, and assuming all other eligibility criteria are met, we will refund you your bid amount, site fee, and postage cost up to a maximum of £25,000.
