This means if your watch proves to be counterfeit, we are here to support you to get your money back..
To be eligible for Buyer Protection, you have 30 days after the end of the auction or agreed sale via Buy Now or Make an Offer to report any problems to our support team.
How it works
1. We contact the seller
Most sellers will quickly help you. However, we will also contact the seller and assess the evidence and evaluate the complaint.
2. Buyer Protection
Upon our verification of the watch as counterfeit, and assuming all other eligibility criteria are met, we will refund you your bid amount, site fee, and postage cost up to a maximum of £25,000.
